NOTICE TO OEDC CUSTOMERS

Olongapo Electricity Distribution Company, Inc. (OEDC) would like to inform its valued customers and the public in general that on 10 July 2026, OEDC filed an Application entitled:

In the Matter of the Application for Approval of Tax Recovery Adjustment Charge on Tax Arrearages Paid on Real Property Tax with Prayer for Provisional Authority

dated 17 June 2026 before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and was docketed as ERC Case No. 2026-065 CF.

This Application was filed to seek ERC's approval on the recovery of tax adjustment charges on arrearages paid on Real Property Tax for lands, buildings and machineries, such as transformers and electric posts.

The ERC virtual hearing through video conferencing using Microsoft Teams as the online platform is set on 25 August 2026 (Tuesday) at 9:00 AM.
