Who We Are
Company Profile
Olongapo Electricity Distribution Company, Inc. (OEDC) is a corporation duly organized under Philippine law, with office address at 1170 Rizal Avenue, East Tapinac, Olongapo City.
OEDC was incorporated on 04 September 2012. It is a grantee, under RA 10373 that was signed into law on 01 March 2013, of a legislative franchise to construct, install, establish, operate and maintain a distribution system for the conveyance of electric power to the end-users in the city of Olongapo and its suburbs.

By virtue of Republic Act No. 10373, OEDC's Franchise Area covers 17 barangays of Olongapo City, located at the southern entry point of Zambales and the northwestern interior of the Subic Bay area. Olongapo City is approximately 127 kilometers north of Manila.
