NOTICE TO OEDC CUSTOMERS

Olongapo Electricity Distribution Company, Inc. (OEDC) would like to inform its valued customers and the public in general that on 4 May 2026, it filed an Application entitled:

In the Matter of the Application for Approval of Annual Revenue Requirement (ARR), Performance Incentive Scheme (PIS), Maximum Average Price (MAP) for the First Regulatory Year 2027 (RY 2027) and Translation of MAP for RY 2027 into Distribution Rate Structure for OEDC's Various Customer Classes in Accordance with the Rationalized Rules for Setting Distribution Wheeling Rates (RRDWR)

before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and was docketed as ERC Case No. 2026-062 RC.

This Application was filed to seek ERC's approval of its Annual Revenue Requirement, Performance Incentive Scheme, Maximum Average Price (MAP) for First Regulatory Year 2027 (RY 2027) and translation of MAP for RY 2027 into Distribution Rate Structure pursuant to the RRDWR.

The ERC virtual hearings through the MS Teams Application as the online platform are set on 16 June 2026 and 23 June 2026, both at 9:00 AM.
