NOTICE TO OEDC CUSTOMERS

Olongapo Electricity Distribution Company, Inc. (OEDC) would like to inform its valued customers and the public in general that on 5 May 2026, it filed an Application entitled:

In the Matter of the Application for Approval of Over/Under Recoveries based on the Formula on the Various Automatic Cost Adjustment and True-Up Mechanisms and Corresponding Confirmation Process Pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 14, Series of 2022, and Approval of Over/Under Recoveries of Pass-Through Taxes Pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 2, Series of 2021, for the Period of January 2023 to December 2025

before the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) and was docketed as ERC Case No. 2026-040 CF.

This Application was filed to seek ERC's approval of the calculations of over/under recovery based on the formula on the various automatic cost adjustments and true-up mechanisms, the corresponding confirmation process, and over/under recovery of pass-through taxes pursuant to the applicable ERC Resolutions.

The ERC virtual hearing through the MS Teams Application as the online platform is set on 15 June 2026 (Monday) at 2:00 PM.
